Davion operates an institutional B2B platform. This notice covers personal data we process via our public marketing site (davion.com), not data inside customer deployments, which is governed by the customer's own contractual terms.

We collect contact details you submit via the engagement form, basic analytics on page views, and email correspondence. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train models.

Storage: EU (Frankfurt). Retention: 24 months for engagement enquiries, 6 months for analytics. Data subject requests: privacy@davion.com.
